Quick Cars Moving understands that plans change, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to adjust your car shipping arrangements. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your shipment with Quick Cars Moving.

Cancellation Options:

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your shipment at no cost as long as the order has not been assigned to a carrier (transporter). This typically happens within the first 24 hours of booking, but please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific timeframe.

  • Partial Refund: If the order has been assigned to a carrier but not yet picked up, you will receive a partial refund of 50% of your total shipping cost. This covers the initial administrative and logistics expenses associated with your booking.

  • No Refund: Once the vehicle has been picked up by the carrier, no refunds will be issued. This is because the carrier has already incurred expenses in preparing for and initiating the transport of your vehicle.

How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@quickcarsmoving.com. Be sure to include your Invoice Number in the subject line and email body.

  • We will confirm your cancellation request and, if applicable, process your refund within 5-7 business days.

​

  • This Cancellation Policy applies to all Quick Cars Moving car shipping services.

  • We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your booking.
